All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned. Please contact our customer service department at 800-390-9106 for RA #. No claims for returns will be accepted without a RA #. All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of a RA #.
All return shipping expenses are paid for by the customer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No claims for returns will be accepted after 45 days. Shortages or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt of order.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and received in new and resalable condition or credit for the return will not be issued. Customers are responsible for properly packaging and protecting merchandise for return.
If a shipping error occurs due to Contractor’s error, the contractor will pay freight both ways for return or exchange of goods without a restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted for custom manufactured products.
